If you cannot resolve an issue through the platform support pages, please get in touch with your child's Head of Form or Form Tutor. They will help guide you or escalate the matter internally where needed.

Most common issues can be resolved quickly. Before contacting support, it is worth trying this checklist. For the best experience across all school platforms, the latest version of Google Chrome is recommended.

  • Restart the device
  • Refresh or reopen the browser
  • Make sure Google Chrome is updated to the latest version
  • Check that microphone and camera permissions are enabled
  • Confirm the internet connection is stable
  • Log out and back into the platform
